We’ll be closing AJ Bell Touch on 6 July 2026. From here on, we’re no longer accepting new platform applications.

Why we’re making this change

We’ve taken this decision after careful review after listening to feedback from clients and advisers.

Our focus is on continuing to develop AJ Bell Investcentre as our core advised platform — so we can deliver a stronger, more consistent experience over the long term.

When is the Touch platform closing?

 The Touch platform will close on 6 July 2026. 

I’m registered with AJ Bell Touch — is there a deadline to submit alternative instructions?

Yes. If you’re registered with AJ Bell Touch, you’ll need to submit alternative instructions by 29 June 2026.

If we don’t receive instructions from you or your adviser by this date, your account will automatically move to AJ Bell Investcentre.

This deadline helps ensure all activity is processed smoothly. 

What options are available to me?

Yes. As an existing AJ Bell Touch client, you have a few options available to you depending on your circumstances.

We’ll contact you and your adviser with more detail about the options available and what they mean for you.

If you’d like to discuss these, you can speak to your financial adviser or contact our Support Team, who will be happy to help. 

If I move my account to AJ Bell Investcentre, what charges will apply?

Platform charges will be waived for the first six months following migration if you move your account from AJ Bell Touch to AJ Bell Investcentre. All other charges will continue to apply as usual.

If you change your mind during this period, any transfer-out fees will also be waived should you wish to move to another platform.

Why are you making this change so soon after launch?

We’ve reviewed how AJ Bell Touch is being used and listened to feedback.

Based on this, we’ve decided to focus on developing AJ Bell Investcentre as our core advised platform. This allows us to invest in one platform, respond more quickly to feedback, and deliver a more consistent and sustainable service over the long term.
